Shipping Options:

We provide standard & Express Shipping across India.

Shipping Costs and Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Costs Rs. 80/- and takes 7 to 9 working days to deliver after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Costs Rs. 120/- and takes 1 to 2 working days to dispatch, with delivery within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Order Processing Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after placement.
  • Express Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after placement.


Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or any government holidays.

Tracking Information:

You will receive tracking information from the courier company via SMS or email from us after dispatch.

We use courier partners such as DHL, Aramex, Indian Post, FedEx for international shipping.

Dispatch Time:

Dispatching international parcels takes 3 to 4 working days due to quality checks done 3 to 4 times by different personnel.

Delivery Time:

International parcels are delivered within 12 to 15 working days after dispatch.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

We accept no returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.


If you have received a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, your order will be eligible for exchange, provided you submit a proper unboxing video.

Unboxing Video Requirements:

The unboxing video must capture the process from sealed package to revealing any damage, without any cuts or edits or pause.

Video Compliance:

Without a proper unboxing video or if the video is not compliant, even major damage will not be entertained in exchange. No Matter What!!

Submission Deadline:

The unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.

Exchange Process:

Upon eligibility for exchange, we will provide you with a shipping label. You are required to pack the damaged items exactly as received and send them back to us.

Dispatch of Replacement:

Once we receive the damaged item, we will dispatch the new parcel from our side.

Availability of Replacement Item:

If the same item is not available for exchange, you may choose another item from our collection, or the credit note will be provided to you which can be redeemed in your future purchase from us.

Unavailable or Unrestockable Items:

If the product is not available or while Quality Check, we find out that the product is damaged and won’t be restocked again, then our team will contact you to replace the item or exchange the color. And in case if you don’t like any other option then you will get a credit note for that product which can be redeemed in your future purchase.
