Shipping & Delivery

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (All Over India)

Shipping Options

We provide Standard and Express Shipping across India.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping Charge: ₹80

  • Dispatch Time: 2 to 4 working days

  • Delivery Time: 7 to 9 working days after dispatch

Express Shipping

  • Shipping Charge: ₹120

  • Dispatch Time: 1 to 2 working days

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch

Important Notes

  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays.

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS or Email once the order is dispatched.

  • We use trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and Ekart for safe and timely delivery.

Note: Express Shipping to non-metro cities and Jammu & Kashmir may require additional delivery time. Dispatch timelines may also increase for pre-order items.

Service Availability

We ship worldwide except to Pakistan.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Dispatch Time: 3 to 4 working days

  • Delivery Time: 12 to 15 working days after dispatch

International orders undergo multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure product quality and accuracy.


Disclaimer

Lost Parcels (Domestic & International)

The company shall not be liable for any loss, delay, refund, or compensation arising due to:

  1. Incorrect address provided by the customer.

  2. Incorrect phone number provided by the customer.

  3. Failure to verify OTP (One-Time Password) or provide accurate verification details.

  4. Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

Returned Domestic Parcels

If a domestic parcel is returned due to any of the reasons mentioned above, the original shipping charges paid by the customer (₹80 or ₹120) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Re-shipping of Returned Domestic Parcels

If a customer requests re-shipment of a returned domestic parcel, an additional shipping charge of ₹160 will apply.

Returned International Parcels

If an international parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Failure to verify OTP

  • Customer absence during delivery

The company will deduct:

  • Original shipping charges, and

  • An additional ₹1,800 from the total amount paid.

Lost or Stuck International Parcels

The company shall not be responsible for issuing any refund or compensation for international parcels marked as lost, delayed, or stuck in transit.
