The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose:

Normal Shipping: After dispatch, it takes 6 to 7 working days for the product to reach you.

We only accept exchanges in the event of damage during transit. To process an exchange, we require a full unboxing video without any cuts or pauses. Please note that we do not offer returns or cancellation options.
