1. We Accept No Return, Exchange or Refund.
2. Although if you have received Damage / Missing / or Wrong product then your order will be eligible for exchange that also after proper unboxing video.
3. We Need Proper Unboxing Video i.e From Seal package till damage is shown in video without any cut.
4. Without any unboxing Video or if Video is in proper not even major damage will be entertain at any cost.
5. Unboxing Video should be send within 48hrs after receiving the parcel.
6. Once you are eligible for Exchange we will send you Shipping Label from our side and you have to pack Damage items just like you received and send it to us.
7. Once we receive damage item then only new parcel will be dispatch from our side.
8. If same item is not available for exchange you can select other item from our collection or your amount will be credit to us
9. Incase if product is not available or while packing we got to know that its damaged and wont be restocked again then our team will call you to replace item or exchange colour. And incase if you dont like any other option then you will get credit note for that product which can be availed in your future purchase.
